Arrival Time:

Arrival 15 minutes prior to your first appointment is requested.  Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.  Your treatment will end on time. 

Cancellation Policy: 

As a courtesy to our guests and staff due to the challenges of scheduling, guests who do not cancel service 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the full amount of service.
